Privacy policy
Short and without small print: what we collect, why, who processes it for us and what you can do about it. When something changes, so will the date above.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data collected on casimir.build is Casimir. For anything about your data, write or call:
What we collect
- The contact details you give in a form: an e-mail address and a phone number.
- Project materials you send us: the floor plan, photos, the scan and dimensions of the flat, and what you write in your messages.
- Technical data recorded in server logs: IP address, browser type and time of visit.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare the design and the quote. These are steps you asked for before a contract, and performing it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the service from abuse, for example with a limit on submissions, and to defend against claims. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations if we sign a contract (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a way to reach you we cannot answer. We do not send advertising.
AI in the design
AI draws the design and our architect supervises it — the AI models process the project materials to do so. We make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects.
Who processes data for us
Only providers that process it on our behalf and on our instructions: hosting, database and file storage, e-mail delivery and AI tools. We do not sell data.
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the US. Data goes there under a European Commission decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- A request that did not lead to working together: up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Project materials and data: while we work together, then until claims become time-barred.
- Accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
- Server logs: only as long as security and diagnosing errors require.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. A message to the address above is enough.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. We store only two things in your browser: the language of the page, and access to your project when you open it from a link we sent. Both serve the site itself, not tracking, so we do not ask for consent.
